Edward W. Dzialo, Jr.

Ed Dzialo is an experienced trial lawyer with a vast amount of courtroom experience. For over 40 years, he has fought to secure financial compensation for injured clients. His practice also includes litigation of complex business cases, insurance law and employment law. He has litigated cases in New York, Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Ohio.

He has also represented military families who have lost a loved one deployed overseas. Ed regularly accepts referrals from the legal assistance office at Fort Sill Oklahoma and 20 percent of his practice is devoted to providing pro bono legal services to clients who cannot afford an attorney.

Ed is married to Linda Dzialo, PhD., who is President and CEO of Great Expectations Foundation. Ed and Linda have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. When Ed is not riding with the "Magnificent 7" you can find him on the golf course or the ball fields. In softball circles, he is known as Mr. Ed and has been associated with the Holy Family Church men's softball team as a player/coach for over 30 years. In addition to winning multiple state championships, Holy Family won the 2009 Men's Church National Championship. Between 1968 and 1973, Ed served as an Artillery Officer and Aviator in the United States Army. He was qualified to fly both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
